Kids Painting Art Project - Easter Bunny

This project develops imagination and motor skills. It's simple and is suitable for children 4-5 years old.

Materials:
1. A sheet of thick dark green paper (you can use white paper and paint it green in advance)
2. A couple of brushes
3. A set of watercolor or tempera paints
4. A jar of water for washing brushes

Before starting, look at some pictures of bunnies or bunny toys with him. Talk about the differences between a bunny and another animal like a bear or a fox (note that the bunny has long ears and it's white or gray and so on). Then ask your child to paint two white circles of different sizes as shown below.

Explain to your child how two white circles of different sizes can be transformed into a bunny by adding a pair of long white ears, white legs, black whiskers, eyes, and nose. Ask your child to finish his painting.
