A paper ornament with your child's drawings.

This project will benefit children's motor skills and creativity (choosing colors, arranging shapes) and improve gluing skills. Remember to demonstrate and explain each step of the project.
Materials:
1. Construction paper in the color of your choice
2. Crayons, markers, or paint
3. A piece of string or thread
4. Liquid glue or a glue stick

Cut out 4 equal size circles from a sheet of construction paper. Ask your child to draw or paint something on them. You can also print your favorite photo(s) on regular paper and cut the circles out of it.

Making Paper Ornament
Fold each circle in half and glue the blank sides to each other (place a piece of thread in between them while gluing).
Finished Paper Ornament
